NON-CUSTOM DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Most ground orders are processing and shipped within 1-3 business days, after the order has been placed, not including custom orders.
- Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- All orders ship with delivery confirmation, which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
- Standard shipping does not include insurance.

NON-CUSTOM INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- International orders ship via First Class Mail and arrive in 7-14 days for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. 
- Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the US. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
- Standard shipping does not include insurance. 
- We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so. 
- Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

NON-CUSTOM RETURNS

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly provide returns for store credit within 14 days of receipt. To request a return, please email hello@abanybauer.com with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly!

  • Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital gift card
  • Please ensure returned goods are in good condition, or additional charges may apply
  • If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement item upon receiving your store credit
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email hello@abanybauer.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll take care of you!

NON-CUSTOM ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We are able to cancel or change an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process. However, once the order has been shipped, any cancellations or changes to the order cannot be made. Please reference the above "Returns" section.

In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, e-mail us at hello@abanybauer.com within 48 hours of your initial order. Requests made outside this 48-hour window may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, e-mail us at hello@abanybauer.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our studio. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the handmade nature of our custom the orders, we do not offer returns, refunds or store credit for custom items. Every item ordered through our website will receive a proof or item is shown through images on the website.
